At PrepQuest, we are committed to providing a seamless and high-quality learning experience through our digital test series and educational resources. As our products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.

All purchases made on PrepQuest are considered final. Once access to the digital content is granted, we do not offer refunds or cancellations, as per industry standards for digital goods.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us within 3 days of the transaction at admin@prepquest.in with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”. Include details of the issue, your registered email address, and a screenshot or transaction reference.

All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team and addressed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

As we offer non-tangible, digital goods, there is no option for order cancellation once the payment is processed and access is granted.
